We had a wonderful experience working with Payton in selling our old home and buying our new one.  She is very knowledgeable about the Peachtree City area, was always extremely responsive to any questions we had, communicated very well with us and was easy to contact when needed.  She made the entire process of buying and selling very stress-free for us and also was an absolute pleasure to work with!  I highly recommend Payton and would choose her again in a heartbeat!

Payton is the best of the best! She has so much additional knowledge of Peachtree City and the surrounding areas from growing up in the area. She is so easy to communicate with whether is be email, text, zoom etc. She makes you feel like you are her only client. We were trying to find a house out of town and it would have been impossible without her. We are so thankful for her professionalism and also her friendship. She is creative in her offers and also negotiates with the client in mind. We are so thankful for her.

This team knows it ALL! It was our first time buying a home and they walked us through it step by step. We ended up choosing a property that another couple was also interested in and Payton did everything she could to make sure we got it! I can’t recommend her enough! Always a phone call or text away, knowledgeable in all things real estate and areas in Fayette county/surrounding areas, and extremely thoughtful! Payton even picked up a Starbucks coffee for me on the way to our closing appointment! I love these ladies you will NOT regret working with them!

Payton was absolutely amazing in helping us find our perfect home. We were out of state buyers and she made us feel like we were there touring with her for weeks. She set up face times for open houses, sent us pictures, videos, and information daily about the pros and cons of each house she toured for us. She communicated extremely well, and listened to all of our picky needs until she found us the perfect home. We are so excited to move to PTC thanks to Payton. We can't recommend her enough!

Miracle workers. That's the best words I can use! In this WILD market, you need someone on your side who is both tough and creative, and this team is just that. My husband got transferred to ATL from Louisiana and we knew we needed to find the perfect home. It's our third home in 6 years, but this time Luckily, I had Payton on my side and this girl got to know exactly what I wanted. She championed our cause (VA loan + picky buyer) and was able to secure us the perfect house off the market. The fact Payton was able to negotiate that says a lot about her skills and networking abilities. Listen. Even on moving day, they were in my house scrubbing a nasty tub and slime-stained carpet. That is NOT in the job description, but there they were to help. I think that says a lot about their character and how much they actually care about their clients.
